Our process involves a few simple steps and takes a SNAP to implement, whether you are planning a network for 5 users or 250 users. This insures that our customer needs are met and provides a reliable and secure network.

Free Initial Consult

One of our SNAP (SimpSol Network Administration Personnel) Team Members will visit your site or contact you to discuss and gather requirements for your network.

Network Design

We will design one or more network infrastructure architecture diagram based on the information gathered from the initial requirements and explain you the pros and cons of each design.

Network Installation

Once the network design is approved, we will have a detailed requirements meeting for your network configuration. In this meeting a list will be created to identify User Accounts, Shared Drives, Group Policies, Logon Scripts and Printer Configuration etc. All equipment, parts, computers etc. will be delivered to your location. A SNAP Team Member will unpack, connect, install, configure and test all the equipment as per specification.

Training, On Going Support & Maintenance

Individual Users, Groups will be trained in the use of network resources.

Small and medium sized find it hard to justify the cost of a full time network administrator. In the absence of a dedicated in-house IT department the upkeep of the network can only be achieved through regular maintenance.
